Brett & Letragrafic were amazing to work with on the neon signage for our new Melbourne restaurant, Miss Pearl Bar + Dining. Brett went above and beyond to guide us through the process and give us updates every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the outstanding result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brett and the team to anyone looking for signage in Melbourne!

Nothing short of amazing customer service. Brett and his team from Letragrafic Signs leave their competitors in the dust. From the moment we engaged Letragrafic to fix a broken neon sign, which involved multiple quotes and site visits, nothing was ever too much of a problem for Brett. Communication and involvement in the process along the way was second to none and we felt that Brett and his team were absolutely industry professionals when it came to what we required. Even on the day of install when a problem arose they handled it with skill and professionalism. Having the job still finished that day. Would 100% recommend you contact Brett and his team for any of your signage needs.

Brett was very easy to work with, and made a bunch of suggestions that ended up with an amazing result. Both the front signage and the neon have become a real feature of the building. They stuck to their quoted amount even though they required several extra trips to site – I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
